Rules of the StarStick Giveaway:
1. Participation: This quarter (July to September 2024), we will conduct a drawing among those who share an opinion about a product or service from our online store, StarStick. One opinion will be selected as the winner among all those received.
2. Evaluation criteria: We will mainly assess the quality and originality of each comment.
3. Participation limit: Each customer can participate with one opinion for each purchase made.
4. Conditions: Opinions that are offensive, disrespectful or contain inappropriate language will not be considered for the drawing.
5. Requirements to participate: You must be of legal age and a registered StarStick customer to participate in the draw.
6. Drawing Period: The drawing will include reviews made from 07/01/2024 to 09/31/2024, with the drawing taking place on October 1, 2024.
7. Announcement of the winner: The name of the winner will be published on October 1, 2024 on our website. We will contact the lucky person through the email associated with their customer account.
8. Prize: The prize consists of a €100 voucher (VAT included) to use in our online store. This voucher must be used in a single purchase and is not redeemable for cash or cumulative for future purchases. If the purchase value is less than €100, the remaining balance will not be refundable. The voucher will be valid for 1 month from receipt of the confirmation email.
9. Fraud: If fraudulent behavior is detected by any participant, we reserve the right to disqualify them and void any prize awarded.
10. Response period: The winners must respond to our communication within a maximum period of 10 calendar days; Otherwise, the prize will be declared void.
11. This promotion includes shipping to Spain or France, in the rest of the areas the shipping price will be discounted from the prize
