StarStick SL uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure payment system.

StarStick SL uses the CaixaBank – La Caixa Virtual POS, and accepts payments with Visa, MasterCard and JCB brand cards.

The virtual POS is a device prepared to make sales safely over the Internet, and works as follows:

  1. If the Financial Institution so decides, it will attempt to contact the card-issuing bank to request authentication of the holder (verification of their identity) before requesting the corresponding authorization request. In this way it can be guaranteed that only the genuine holder, owner of the card, will be able to operate with it.
  2. Implements SSL in all communications that prevent the interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is assured in all communications established during the transaction.
  3. It also enables mechanisms to prove the authenticity of the origin of transactions and that also prevent data manipulation by third parties. This ensures the integrity of the transaction data.
  4. The card data is not normally known by the merchant, which prevents this information from being used fraudulently later by third parties. This information is conveniently stored by the Virtual POS which in turn will provide it to the payment system when necessary (for example in a return).

Therefore, all transactions carried out through the Virtual POS will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity for the participating agents: cardholders and their issuing entities, and businesses and their acquiring entities.

Payments by bank transfer will be deposited into the following account:

The bank account number will also appear on the order confirmation screen and will also be sent by email in order to make the deposit for the corresponding amount. Once the amount has been entered, StarStick SL begins to manage the order. Some transfers are not effective until at least 48 hours (business days) after deposit. If StarStick SL has not received payment after 10 business days, the order will be cancelled.

The User can also pay for the purchase with their PayPal account. If this payment method is selected, the User will be redirected to the secure PayPal page, where they must enter their credentials and accept the payment. Once payment is confirmed, the User will be returned to the StarStick SL Website, where they can check the purchase made.

Payment for the purchase must be made to the telephone number indicated in the purchase process. After confirmation of payment, we will proceed to prepare and ship the order.

Invoice payment upon receipt - EXCLUSIVE for Public Institutions/Schools.

For orders from public institutions (Schools, town halls) over €200, payment by transfer is allowed upon receipt, with a 3% management surcharge. Delivery in 2-7 days
