If your purchase exceeds €300, delivery will be completely free.
Some international transport agencies ask for a DNI/NIE or passport number of the recipient to send the orders.
If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, the package will have to go through Customs and may be subject to taxes. In this case, the DUA expenses will be borne by the buyer. For more information you have to contact the local authorities.
DELIVERIES BY AGENCY 24 HOURS WITH CORREOS EXPRESS
The company responsible for shipments in Spain is Correos Express.
The delivery service is 24 hours to which must be added the order preparation time.
The total indicative period is 2-7 days.
Shipping costs are free for Spain (except islands) from €50 of purchase, orders under €50 have a cost of €3.50 for Spain (except islands).
You can follow all the stages of the shipment, from the moment of purchase to delivery, from the Menu / My orders.
In the event that no one can pick up the package at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note of passage in the mailbox and you will have to contact them to agree on a new delivery date. If after 7 days from the first delivery attempt you do not contact the transport company, the package will be returned to our facilities. In this case, you can request the payment of the purchase or the forwarding of the package. In both cases the shipping costs will be at your expense.

SHIPMENTS BY POSTAL MAIL
Small packages contracted through Correos Postal (ordinary Post Office) have a delivery time of 5-8 days, once the product has been manufactured. This type of transport does not allow the tracking of the package and the delivery is not made by hand, the package will be left in the mailbox.

Wooden frames
We offer three frame colors. Natural wood frames, lacquered in white or lacquered in black. They all have the same molding; 3x1.4 cm, two hooks for hanging and a glossy/matt version of methacrylate.
Frame/ Canvas
The finished framed prints are mounted on a pine wood support on the back, similar to the finish of a painter's painting. The wooden support is not visible anywhere.
