🌊🌞 Deliveries Before Holidays: Orders until 07/31 at 12 PM

From August 5th to 23rd, Starstick will be on vacation and we won't be shipping orders, but don't worry, we'll be back on Monday, August 26th with full energy!

If you place an order before July 31st at 12 PM, we guarantee it will be shipped before we go to the beach!

Starting August 1st, orders will be shipped in the order they are received, so if you don't want to wait, hurry up and make your purchases soon! We want you to receive your products as soon as possible.

Configure your delivery address in the “Shopping Cart” section and you will be able to find out the transport companies that operate in your area and their respective rates.

In any case, home deliveries will be made on business days.

For orders of multiple items, a single shipment will be made that will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.

The company responsible for shipments in Spain is Correos Express.

The delivery service is 24 hours, to which the order preparation time must be added.

The approximate total period is 2-7 days.

Shipping costs are free to Spain (except islands) from a purchase of €55, orders less than €55 have a cost of €3.95 (except islands).

You can follow all stages of shipping, from the moment of purchase to delivery, from the Menu / My orders.

If no one is able to collect the package at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note in the mailbox and you will have to contact them to agree on a new delivery date. If after 7 days from the first delivery attempt you do not contact the transport company, the package will be returned to our facilities. In this case, you can request payment for the purchase or reshipment of the package. In both cases the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

DELIVERIES IN FRANCE AND BELGIUM

The total indicative period is 4 to 15 days, depending on the transport agency chosen. Shipping costs are free for France (except islands) for purchases of €65 or more with Mondial Relay.

 SHIPPING BY POSTAL MAIL

Small packages contracted through Correos Postal (ordinary Post Office) have a delivery time of 5-8 days, once the product is manufactured. This type of transport does not allow tracking of the package and the delivery is not done by hand, the package will be left in the mailbox.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Set your address in the cart and you will be able to see the various delivery options available. In a few seconds, you will have access to a complete list of transport companies operating in your area and their respective rates.

If your purchase exceeds €250, delivery will be completely free.

Some international shipping agencies require a DNI/NIE or passport number of the recipient to send orders.

If the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, the package will have to clear Customs and may be subject to taxes. In this case the DUA expenses will be borne by the buyer. For more information you have to contact the local authorities.
