The delivery service is 24 hours to which must be added the order preparation time.

Shipping costs are free for Spain (except islands) from €50 of purchase, orders under €50 have a cost of €3.50 for Spain (except islands).
You can follow all the stages of the shipment, from the moment of purchase to delivery, from the Menu / My orders.
In the event that no one can pick up the package at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note of passage in the mailbox and you will have to contact them to agree on a new delivery date. SHIPMENTS BY POSTAL MAIL
Small packages contracted through Correos Postal (ordinary Post Office) have a delivery time of 5-8 days, once the product has been manufactured. This type of transport does not allow the tracking of the package and the delivery is not made by hand, the package will be left in the mailbox.

Is it difficult to install a StarStick sticker?No! To paste a wonderful StarStick wall decal in your school, and have a spectacularly beautiful mural left, it is not necessary to be an expert. The only thing you will need is time and patience. Read the installation instructions carefully or watch the assembly video and you will see how you agree with us.
How do I know the size of sticker I need?Look at the bottom of the product sheet. You will see a list detailing:
- Measurements of the sheet that you will receive.
- Approximate measurements of the mural once installed. Keep in mind that each figure is independent. Depending on the paste on the wall, the final mural will make one size or another. The sizes provided are for a distribution similar to that of the product photo.
- Detailed measurements of the main pieces that make up the mural.
In order to choose the size of sticker that best suits your school, library, hospital... we advise you to mark the main pieces on the wall with masking tape. You can get a more realistic idea of what it will occupy.
Can I request a personalized phrase with the words that I want?Yeah. It would be more. At StarStick we offer you two products called "Create your phrase", so that you can convert the phrase that you like the most into sticker. Choose size, colors and write down the desired phrase. The sentence can have a maximum of 5 words. If your phrase occupies more you will have to buy two or more units.
If you have doubts about the final result, you can send an email to [email protected] and they will send you an approximation of the final result.
I'm trying to buy a sticker and I can't add it to the cart. What's going on?Most stickers for schools can be customized (choose the color of the stars, the color of the letters, the language...). Before adding the product to the cart you have to "Save" the customization. Perhaps you have skipped this step and for this reason it does not let you add the product to the cart.
If you doubt whether the customization you want has been correctly engraved, don't worry, at the time of finalizing the purchase you will find a box called "Comments". You can detail it again.
I have the walls with a fantastic Gotelé. Can I decorate them with stickers?If the gotelé is not very pronounced, you will be able to paste a sticker without any problem, but keep in mind that the vinyl will have a little relief.
Do not use the spatula to place it, use a cloth or a sponge. Once you have the vinyl installed you can pass a hair dryer about 15 centimeters in front of the sticker. The objective is to increase the temperature and get the glue to dissolve more easily and consequently present more adhesion. Above all, do not touch the vinyl with the dryer!
Will I have to cut out all the pieces?No. All the pieces that make up the mural are completely cut out. They are all glued on the same sheet but each one of them is totally independent.
Is it possible to stick a wall decal on glass and windows?Yeah. All StarStick vinyls can be perfectly glued to glass, but it is important to keep 2 things in mind:
- The sticker is only printed on one side. On the back of the glass you will see the white silhouette.
- If the sticker must get wet to wash or because it remains on the outside, it is better to laminate the sticker. This means that we will apply a protective layer on top of the sticker that will protect it from water and make it more resistant. Visually no change will be noticeable. To acquire a laminated sticker you must buy the following product of the same size as the sticker. Extra Laminated Product
Is it possible that in crystals the sticker is translucent?We are introducing a new Translucent material for crystals.
It is placed on the inside of the glass and allows light to pass through. The drawback is that the drawing will be seen more or less depending on the daylight that there is at all times. For this material we ask for a minimum production order of 1 large, 2 medium or 3 small vinyls.
