If you want your order to arrive in time for the holidays, please take note of the following deadlines:

CHRISTMAS Orders placed before 21/12 at 24:00 → shipped on 23/12 via 24h courier. Expected delivery: 24 December*.

EPIPHANY Orders placed before 28/12 at 24:00 → shipped on 30/12. Expected delivery: 31 December*.

Please note that couriers may experience delays due to the high seasonal workload.

📣 StarStick Holiday Closure: from 1 December to 7 January, we will be closed.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in purchase order starting the day after payment.
If paying by bank transfer, shipping takes place only after the proof of payment is received.
Please provide a contact phone number to assist with delivery.

Packaging

All vinyls are shipped in a cardboard tube, gift-wrapped and with installation instructions.
Shipped via CorreosExpress 24h service.

*These deadlines apply exclusively to mainland Spain. For shipments to other countries or regions, delivery time will depend on the courier.
