If you have received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please open a claim by clicking the button below.



We will arrange collection free of charge once the claim has been reviewed.

Important: once the product has been installed or handled, it cannot be returned.

Other reasons (not manufacturing defects)

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, you must start the process using the main button below.

Returns sent independently or left at post offices will not be accepted.

Any shipment made outside the official system will be rejected.

General conditions

Only products in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.

Personalized products (specific colors or custom sizes), used products or handled vinyl decals are NOT eligible for return.

All wallpapers, decorative panels and framed prints are made to order and custom-sized, therefore they are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

How to return an order

You have 15 days from delivery to return your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery must be made directly to the address above.
Shipments sent to post offices or third-party pickup points will not be accepted.
